Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Claims submitted without photo proof may not be approved.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved by Luxe Linkz, you may receive either:
- A 20% partial refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit / replacement jewelry of equal value
Resolution options are determined at the discretion of Luxe Linkz.
Shipping Issues
Luxe Linkz is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
